Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700+
  • Solo Miles Pay: 63 CPM with 2000-2500 miles per week
  • Solo Stops Pay: $16.37 per Stop Plus $107.56 per Dry Van unload
    • Avg of 8 stops per week
• Bonuses
  • Loyalty bonus: Pays you $2000 at 6 months and $2000 at 1 year
  • Safety bonus: $250 - Paid four times a year, every quarter
  • Unlimited driver referral bonuses
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home at least every other weekend
• Route: from North Dakota to Texas and all states east. Also Canada.
• Touch - Hand Unloading is Required, commercial and Residential Garage Doors

Equipment:

• Sleepers with APUs
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Must obtain a passport within 30 days of hire
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 50 miles of Lewistown, PA
