CDL A Regional Reefer Driver in Northern California

Alexandre Family Farm is looking for CDL A Regional Reefer Driver in Northern California. Our drivers are team players, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right. Alexandre Family Farm’s drivers play a vital role in the success of our customers, our company, and ultimately, themselves.

Compensation:

• Pay per mile: 60 CPM
• On Duty Hourly rate: $25
• Additional Pay:
  • Layover pay: $40 per night, in sleeper
  • Loading/Unloading pay: $25/Standard hourly rate
  • Detainment pay: $16/hr
• Paid semi-monthly/can be via direct deposit

Home Time, Route and Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly
  • 5.5 day routes
• Route: Nothern California to Portland
• Level of touch: Touch freight

Equipment

• 2024 model year trucks
• 48' Reefer
• Automatic Transmission

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A license
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience
• Tank Endorsement in state of residence preferred but not required
• Doubles and Triples endorsement preferred
• No more than 2 major moving violations within a 3-year period
• No more than 2 accidents within a 3-year period
• DOT Drug Screening required
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Ability to conduct all operations in a safe manner
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as motor vehicle, criminal background, and employment reference checks
• Must live in Northern California or Medford, OR area
