About This Job at Forward Air

Forward Air Transportation Services is looking for capable and dedicated CDL Class A Solo & Team Owner Operators who are responsible for the pick-up and delivery of our customers’ freight throughout our national network.

Incentives to being a Forward Air Owner Operator:

• Compensation: OTR rates
o $1.08 / loaded mile, $1.00 / empty mile + FSC (includes hazmat pay) – (Solo)*
 Top earners average $150K (+) per year
o $1.30 per mile + FSC - Earn up to $450,000 per year! – (Team)*
 Top earners average $450K (+) per year
• 95% Drop & Hook, Scheduled Lanes Available
• Averaging miles between 2,700 miles (Solo Owner Operators) & 5,200 miles (Team Owner Operators)
• Available sign-on bonus from $2,500 - $5,000 (depending on solo or team driver)
• Lease Purchase Available - $0 down, no credit check, programs are available through 3rd party vendors*
